    No reason to complain, the venue met needs, would recomand it. Enjoyed the place, had an absolutely amazing stay for 3 nights in Cairo. The pool area was nice and the location was good and absolutely perfect, short walk to the French embassy, other stores and restaurants, and Cairo in the middle of a longer trip throughout Europe/Africa to see the Pyramids. I ate in the poolside restaurant nearby. The staff were all decent, attentive. The breakfast was large and fresh bread and cheese were excellent.

    The spacious Premier Room had charming decor and really good service, with attentive housekeeping. The introduction of local jams at breakfast was a good touch. While minor noise from nearby rooms occasionally disrupted the peace, the overall ambiance was warm and inviting.

    Housekeeping seems oblivious to basic needs, pool bar closes way too early!!! Access to the spa requires navigating through the crowded pool area, less than ideal!!! Those outdated coffee capsules shouldn't need reminders!!!
